Carrier Qualifications
What we need to add your company to our approved carrier list.
We are happy that you are interested in doing business with Raider Express Logistics, a licensed and bonded transportation brokerage. To add your company to our list of approved carriers we need you to complete and sign the following:
- ✓Basic Carrier Information Sheet
- ✓The REL–Carrier Master Agreement
- ✓Addendum to REL–Carrier Master Agreement
- ✓W-9
- ✓California Air Resources Board Agreement
- ✓Direct Deposit Authorization
In addition to the above forms, we must also have:
- ✓A copy of your ICC or DOT authority
- ✓A certificate of insurance naming Raider Express Logistics as certificate holder. If you carry temperature-controlled loads, the certificate must show "Reefer Breakdown" coverage — refrigerated shipments will not be tendered without it.
- ✓Liability insurance of at least $1,000,000
- ✓Cargo insurance of at least $100,000

For approval, please download, read and fill out our Carrier Application Packet. Once complete, email it to contracts@raiderexpresslogistics.com or call 817-527-5060. Our Carrier Approval Team will review and process your information. Once approved, you are ready for business.
